Older composite that was lots of fun. Shortly after I took the picture of the building it burned down. I was on my way to visit my wife at the hospital and there was nothing left where that beautiful CIncinnati landmark was just a few weeks before. The photo was just one of hundreds I took in the worst neighborhoods. Florida has the ocean and beaches and wonderful bits but I miss the old buildings and run down areas I haunted in Cinci. Anyway Here Be Monsters:

Composites are fun, even if it is a challenge to come up with ideas. The Jet Frog came about when I turned a routine picture upside down, creating a new reality. The "sky" was empty so I thought about putting a frog in it. Of course the frog needed wings so I took some from a picture of a seagull. I added the trail behind the frog. Thus we have Jet Frog.

Good Morning. Just setting up my blog, so this is to start to see how it works, I will be posting photos from originals to final versions so you can see what I do. I have a lot of fun crating my vision, whether it is realistic, black and white, color or highly rendered. I choose the direction I wish to go as I begin to look at down loaded prints.

This sunrise is more realistic than some of my pictures. I was a truly spectacular sunrise.
